POLICIES

 
PAYMENT
 
Payment methods accepted:  PayPal, Credit Card by phone (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Personal Check by Mail, Money Order by Mail.

Credit cards will be charged immediately following order placement.

Checks and Money Orders will be cashed immediately upon receipt.

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders will not be processed until funds have cleared.
   
CANCELLATION  
   
Orders may be cancelled, at no charge, within 24 hours of order placement, if the order has not already shipped.

For standard products, once we have stained the product to your order, a 25% restocking fee will apply to any cancelled orders.

For products that are built to customer specified dimensions, cancellations after 24 hours from order placement will not be accepted.
   
SHIPPING DAMAGE  
   
All products that can be shipped via Federal Express Ground or Home Delivery service will be shipped via Federal Express.

All Products shipped via Federal Express will be shipped with insurance for the value of the item.

In the event of loss or damage during shipping, Advantage Woodworks will work with the customer and the shipper to resolve any claims. 

Once a claim has been resolved, and the damaged product returned to Advantage Woodworks, we will repair or replace the damaged item, at our discretion.
   
WARRANTY  
   
All Advantage Woodworks products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date the item is shipped.  Advantage Woodworks will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item found to be defective.
